I’ve spent 3 years working out at CustomFit. I’m 6’6”, 275 pounds. I was a college athlete about 35 to 40 pounds ago. Brigitte has been my CustomFit trainer. We mesh well. She pushes you but has patience, too. She helps me with flexibility and balance. I feel stronger and more stable. I love to play golf. It’s a good, healthy feeling. At CustomFit, they learn your limits and then help you build on them. They’re very encouraging. A lot of our company’s employees go there. We have an employee program. That’s how I started, then went on to working with Brigitte. We’re never too old to address our health, get exercise and feel better.

We started working out at CustomFit late last year. It’s just a few blocks from our home. We love doing stuff together. The trainers and fitness instructors there really care. They’re very personable. Classes are small and they feel like personal training. We definitely feel happier and healthier.
My husband and teenage kids are adrenaline junkies and like to take very active vacations. Every time I am on the ski slopes or rappelling down a mountain, I always think to myself, “Good thing I go to Custom Fit or I would never be able to keep up with them!”
CustomFit Nutrition coaching has helped me cut out sugary drinks, eat better breakfasts, choose better snacks, cook and eat more vegetables, and watch my portion sizes. I am better at some of these things than others, but for sure have made some great changes that I think are great for my health and for the health of my family. Thank you, Emma! You’re so awesome! Between the nutrition coaching, and the regular exercise, I am feeling great, and definitely so much better than I did earlier this year.
I’ve lost a few inches and am making strides toward my larger goal. Bottom line, I’m better now than when I began my CustomFit journey. It’s the best stress reliever and there’s nothing better than seeing results!

CustomFit is a wonderful place to workout! They offer a great variety of classes, everything from yoga to TRX and instructors who are knowledgeable and attentive.
I used to think that going for a run or long walk was enough to stay in shape and be healthy, but I was neglecting my core muscles. Wanting a higher level of fitness, I tried CustomFit’s single-class option. It gave me the freedom to try something different without an upfront commitment. I got hooked on TRX. Attending class in the morning brings structure to my self-employed schedule and makes me feel like I can tackle any challenge I’ll face throughout the day. And knowing that I can also come after my workday gives me a flexibility that has made the difference in my success. I look forward to seeing the other members and my instructors, who are so incredibly supportive. CustomFit isn’t just a gym, it’s a community.
